Door to Door Seafood Delivery - Service Temporarily Suspended
Lots of people have asked us to deliver our seafood to addresses around the UK. Typically we are asked if we can deliver our Jellied Eels to someone outside of London who loves eels but cannot get them where they now live or someone who travels miles up to our factory/shop but would prefer if we could deliver to them.
We now offer a delivery service.
How to Place an Order
We take orders by telephone - (during business hours) – 020 7481 2177 and by email (any time) – email@example.com. We take card payments by telephone prior to seafood orders being
We are using a delivery service that gets your seafood to you the day after you place your order.
If you order your seafood by 9:30am Monday to Thursday we will deliver your order to you by 4pm
(at the latest), the following day.
We can arrange for orders to be delivered on Saturdays, however delivery costs are significantly
more expensive – ask for details.
Please note: for next day delivery we must receive your order by 9.30am and some northern Scottish
postal codes are subject to a two day delivery service.
Delivery Destinations in UK
We deliver seafood throughout the UK with the following exceptions – Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle
of White, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and all Scottish islands.
Delivery charges will be £9.50 for deliveries made Tuesday to Friday for each order with a total
weight up to 15kg. We can arrange for orders to be delivered on Saturdays, however delivery
costs are significantly more expensive – ask for details.
Receiving Seafood Delivery
Usually, a signature is required from the person who receives the seafood delivery. If you are not likely
to be home to receive the delivery, please give us special delivery instructions telling us where you
want your delivery to be left. Lots of our customers ask for their delivery to be left with a neighbour
or in a garden shed.Please be aware, if you are not available to take delivery or have not left
suitable instructions for the delivery driver, your order may not be re-delivered until the following day.
Amending or Cancelling Seafood Delivery
We will take payment from your credit/debit card prior to dispatch. To change the date of an existing
delivery or make a cancellation, please contact us via phone or email.
We will not be able to change or cancel a delivery once it is dispatched, therefore, you need to let
us know before 9.00am a day in advance if you want to change an order (e.g. contact us before
9.00am on Wednesday to cancel a delivery on Thursday).
